I am writing to introduce my professional portfolio, which highlights my background in property management, general contracting, and commercial business operations. With over seven years of hands-on experience in the building trades and real estate sector, I specialize in taking physical development projects from initial spatial planning and code compliance through to execution and day-to-day management.
Throughout my career, I have operated at the intersection of trades, regulatory requirements, and project execution. As the owner of JH Constructions, I have led residential and commercial renovation projects—managing everything from structural framing and AutoCAD drafting to electrical and plumbing installations. My experience as a property manager across multi-unit and commercial spaces in Lynn and Salem has sharpened my ability to maintain physical assets, negotiate lease agreements, and handle ongoing tenant and facility operations.
Recently, I have spearheaded the end-to-end launch of Genova’s Restaurant, leading the commercial build-out, utility design, and municipal approvals through the City of Lynn Zoning Board and Health Department. My continuous technical coursework in Construction & Building Science and Plumbing Tier 1 at North Shore Community College reflects my commitment to maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and regulatory compliance (including 248 CMR and ADA requirements).
